Service terms

Effective 7 October 2026. These terms apply between the merchant using BespokePilot and the operator identified on the Studio8022 business details page.

The service

BespokePilot supplies product enquiry forms, an enquiry inbox, email replies and follow-up tools, and a handoff to Shopify draft orders and invoices. It requires a compatible Online Store product template with app-block support. It does not hide prices, enforce quote-only checkout, import incoming email, support attachments or replace Shopify’s order management.

Pricing and allowances

US$9.99 per month or US$99 per year through Shopify, plus applicable taxes, with a 14-day trial where eligible as displayed by Shopify. Both plans include 1,000 enquiries and 5,000 app emails per usage month, with no automatic overage charges. Usage periods and remaining allowance are shown in the app. The annual price is a single US$99 payment. Renewal, cancellation and plan changes follow the Shopify billing screens. Pausing enquiries does not cancel a subscription.

Your responsibilities

Verify your reply address, use accurate product information and test the form on your theme. Review every draft’s recipient, items, quantities, prices, discounts, tax and shipping before sending an invoice. You remain responsible for your customer communications, quote validity, fulfilment, returns, taxes and required disclosures. A draft or invoice is not evidence of payment. A mail server accepting an email does not guarantee delivery to an inbox.

Availability and permitted use

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or increased sales. Shopify, email providers, themes and network availability can affect processing. Do not send spam, request sensitive personal information or misuse another shop’s data. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk or unpaid subscriptions, and communicate material service changes through the app or available contact details.

Contact support for service faults or billing disputes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability where applicable law prohibits doing so. Personal-data processing is described in our privacy notice and data processing agreement. Export information you need before uninstalling.
